Client Relationship Manager Extraordinaire: You ll be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring they feel supported heard and satisfied. Project Liaison: Coordinate between our expert technical teams and the client to ensure seamless project delivery. From website development to complex IT solutions you ll ensure everything runs smoothly. Problem Solver: Every project has its challenges and when things don t go as planned you ll step in to resolve issues quickly and professionally ensuring clients remain happy and confident in our services. Account Growth Champion:





You won t just maintain relationships you ll help them grow! You ll identify opportunities where we can provide even more value to clients through additional services like digital marketing app development or cloud solutions. Client Success Storyteller: Provide clients with regular updates insights and progress reports. Whether it s facetoface over the phone or via email you ll ensure they re always informed and excited about what s coming next. Requirements Background: A strong foundation in HR talent management or people operations. Any experience dealing directly with clients is a plus but not required. A passion for learning about the world of IT digital services and business development. Skills: You re a people person through and through.
