Position Summary Resset Group a trusted real estate company is seeking a highly motivated PostSales Associate to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with postsales customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g. construction legal property management) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of postsales issues. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns. Foster trust and loyalty through personalized communication and exceptional service. Collections Management Manage the collections process for outstanding payments ensuring timely and accurate receipt of funds. Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers as needed. Prepare regular reports on collections activities including aging analysis payment trends and customer satisfaction metrics. Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Hindi Gujarati and English both verbal and written. Proven experience in a customerfacing role preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
