Job Title: PMO Manager Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: FullTime Experience: 12 years of experience in PMO leadership roles Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) across global operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in consulting PMO management and governance along with experience in agile methodologies and offshore/onshore project management. This individual will be responsible for driving across complex programs and ensuring alignment with the organization’s technology landscape and commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: PMO Leadership:
Lead and manage the Project Management Office ensuring consistent governance methodologies and best practices across all initiatives. Consulting Expertise: Apply prior consulting experience ideally in mid to large consulting firms to design and manage programs with a focus on quality efficiency and strategic value. Agile Methodology: Oversee the implementation and management of agile frameworks across projects ensuring teams are empowered and processes optimized for delivery. Onshore/Offshore Experience: Manage teams located globally with the ability to seamlessly integrate offshore and onshore resources fostering collaboration and productivity. Technology Alignment: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are aligned with the organization’s technology vision and business objectives including the 3*2 strategy. Financial & Commercial Acumen: Drive project/program financial management including cost control profitability analysis and overall commercial success. Governance & Compliance:
Establish and maintain robust governance processes to ensure project compliance risk management and performance tracking. DataDriven : Use data to drive decisionmaking and strategies ensuring that projects are meeting KPIs and deliverables. Qualifications: Experience: 12 years in PMO roles with experience in mid to large consulting firms. Consulting Experience: Preferred background in consulting. Exceptional candidates without consulting experience will be considered. Agile Expertise: Proven experience in agile methodologies and frameworks. Global Management: Handson experience managing offshore and onshore teams. Technology Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technology landscape and its alignment with business strategies. Financial Acumen: Strong experience in project/program financial management including profitability cost and risk management.
Governance Experience: Experience in setting up governance structures and ensuring compliance across projects. Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex largescale initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Commercially minded with an ability to manage profitability and financial performance. Datadriven with the ability to make informed decisions based on metrics and insights. Proficiency in agile methodologies and governance practices. Additional Information: This role will require collaboration with teams located in various regions including but not limited to India the US and Europe. Occasional travel may be required.
