We are looking for a Senior Director of Tax who will be responsible for overseeing all taxrelated matters for the company ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implementing effective tax strategies to optimize our financial performance and achieve business objectives. Provide expert guidance and advice on tax planning compliance and reporting matters. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals providing guidance and support in their professional development. Manage relationships with external tax advisors auditors and government authorities. Advise management and other stakeholders in business transactions projects proposed M&A.; Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and above market teams and global tax to ensure tax considerations are incorporated into business decisions and transactions.





Conduct tax risk assessments and implement appropriate controls to mitigate potential risks Lead a team responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings including corporate income tax returns transfer pricing documentation etc. Participate in and support tax audits and resolve any taxrelated disputes or issues. Be an active member of the Finance Leadership team whose role is to build a highperforming finance function fostering a positive and inclusive culture and promoting continuous learning and growth. About You CPA CA Designation Completion of Indepth tax courses (or equivalent) 1215 years of progressive Tax experience with some Public Accounting experience. Experience in industry (preferred)
