Build.Club is a full-stack operating platform tailored for early-stage companies (Seed to Series A/B). We assemble high-quality management teams to drive initiatives across Growth , Product , Marketing , and Engineering , with a focus on revenue growth and delivering superior economics .
Role Focus: This opportunity is within our Consumer Team .
Responsibilities:
- Quarterly Growth Plans : Collaborate with the founder to prepare plans aimed at achieving revenue milestones.
- Revenue Targets : Own monthly revenue goals and implement initiatives weekly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing , Engineering , and Design teams to ensure successful delivery of growth-related inputs.
- Growth Measurement :
Analyze different growth funnels and conduct Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to present outcomes succinctly.
- Channel Economics : Maintain a sharp focus on channel economics.
- Project Leadership : Lead or co-lead 3-4 projects on a recurring monthly basis (approx. 14-15 hours per project per week, depending on expertise and productivity).
️ Desired Background:
- Execution Skills : Strong grasp of Repeat, Retention, Engagement, Renewals, SEO, and inorganic/paid growth channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, Influencers, etc.).
- Hands-On Experience : Bias towards first-hand execution and channel ownership—no high-level advisory mindset.
- Experience : 10+ years running growth charters for fast-growing consumer/D2C startups (Seed - Series A).
- Senior Roles : Prior experience as VP, Director, or Head of Growth.
- Tier-1 Credentials : Preferred for candidates.
- Ownership Mindset :
Non-negotiable; we seek doers, not consultants with a fly-by mindset.
