PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with exceptionalbusiness acumen to lead our Client Servicing Team as the Head ofClient Servicing. The ideal candidate will be passionate aboutdelivering excellence in client management and possess a deepunderstanding of the exhibitions and eventsindustry.
Thisrole requires strong leadership skills strategic thinking and theability to foster lasting client relationships while ensuringmeticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of thecompany.
Thisrole would entail leading a team of 6 executives engaging withMarketing Heads Directors Sr Managers at top corporates &semicorporates; & responsible for a gross annual revenue ofnearly 30Cr.
The Head ofClient Servicing will play a crucial role in driving businessgrowth optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining aclientcentric approach across allactivities.
Responsibilities:
TeamLeadership: Lead mentor andinspire our team of client servicing professionals to ensure highperformance motivation and careergrowth.
ClientRelationship Management: Developand maintain strong relationships with existing clients serving astheir primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are metconsistently.
BusinessDevelopment: Identify andnurture new opportunities to expand the clientbase.
StrategicPlanning:
Develop and implementstrategic plans to achieve revenue targets improve clientsatisfaction and drive businessgrowth.
ProcessAdherence: Ensure meticulousadherence to all defined processes and systems of the companyfostering a culture of being processdriven to maintain consistencyefficiency and quality in theteam.
CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work closely withinternal teams including design production and operations todeliver integrated solutions that meet clientobjectives.
MarketAnalysis: Stay updated onindustry trends competitor activities and market dynamics toidentify opportunities andrisks.
ContractNegotiation: Negotiate terms andagreements with clients ensuring favorable outcomes for bothparties.
PerformanceTracking:
Establish metrics andKPIs to monitor team performance client satisfaction and projectprofitability.
Requirements:
Master s degreein Business Administration Marketing Communications or relatedfield.
Provenexperience in client servicing or account management roles withinthe exhibitions events or advertisingindustry.
Strong attentionto detail organizational skills and processorientation.
Leadershipskills with the ability to motivate and developteams
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust with clients and colleagues at alllevels.
Strategicthinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and executesuccessful businessplans.
Proficiency inproject managementconcepts
Ability tothrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment while maintaininga positiveattitude.
Willingness totravel globally as required for client meetings industry events andprojectinstallations.
