Responsibilities:
Responsible for site Operations &revenue; management along with demand generation and salesclosures.
Developing Sales strategies andvisualizing the sales targets tillaccomplishment.
Preparing sales budget andsales plan for sustenance and launch sales.
Responsible for sales target settings and helping and motivatingteam members to achieve the same.
Responsible for marketing initiatives and brand enhancement withthe marketing team.
Assist in developingmarketing & sales strategies to build consumer preferenceand drive volumes
Maintaining a strongrelationship with the working Channel Partners to ensure businesscontinuity
To provide inputs of planningdesigning pricing strategy competition analysis events &promotions; and estimating revenue generation for theproject.
Devising team KPIs &guiding; the team to achieve the salestargets.
Provide inputs on sales performancemarket competition sales projection as aninput.
Review tasks completed by teammembers and conduct regular performancereviews.
Handle daily operations includinginternal company CRM tools.
Take ownershipand initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay uptodatewith rules & regulations in the Indian real estatearket.
Maintain cordial relationships withprospective Builders and Prospective buyers and other customers ofthe company.
Prepare MIS for review purposesdaily and provide consolidated reports to the management with siteProfit & loss statements.
Ensureachievement of allocated business targets within a stipulated timeframe
