Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and comprehend the course content to gather the assignment requirements
- Evaluate and update the grades on Learning Management Systems.
- Resolve grading related queries raised by the participants in consensus with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) when necessary
- Share (with the design team) the required corrections in the rubrics which was used during grading
- Coordinate grading related activities with cross-functional teams
- Be vigilant during grading for plagiarized assignments and follow the prescribed process to close the loop on plagiarism
- Sharing insights received during grading that may be helpful to the company stakeholders
- Identifying Exemplary Submissions and rewarding Badges as per the guidelines and processes
- Attending kick-off calls of the assigned courses to understand the scope and objectives of the grading team. Cascade key information shared by team members during grading or shared from post course survey analysis
- Consultant Management
- Documentation of grading requirements, grading feedback, positive reciprocation, suggestions for new courses
- Ensure grading calibration and assist new graders with their grading related queries
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Required work experience: about 5-7 years, preferably in teaching and or evaluations.
- Pursuing Research work or has worked as an academic writer or as a research assistant and has handled evaluations.
- Proficient in written and oral communication to facilitate succinct feedback to participants for their assignments.
