The Role
Position Overview: Doctor's Connect Executive at Healthmug
The Doctor's Connect Executive will focus on onboarding doctors to the Healthmug platform and managing ongoing relationships with them. This role blends customer engagement, sales, and platform management, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctor Onboarding:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the Healthmug platform.
- Explain platform features and assist with the registration process.
- Address any questions or concerns to ensure successful onboarding.
2. Sales and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors.
- Promote relevant products and services to drive sales.
- Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to enhance engagement.
- Meet sales targets through active pitching.
3. Customer Support:
- Provide ongoing support and address any technical or service-related queries.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels among users.
4. Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on performance and feedback.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
