Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on security within Microsoft Azure environments. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- DevOps Implementation:
- Integrate security practices into the DevOps pipeline to ensure end-to-end security in our applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks using Azure DevOps and other relevant tools.
- Security Management:
- Design and implement security controls and threat protection, manage identity and access, and protect data, applications, and networks in cloud environments.
- Monitor for security breaches and respond to security incidents effectively.
- Infrastructure as Code:
- Utilize Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to manage infrastructure as code.
- Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
- Automation and Configuration Management:
- Automate deployment, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
- Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards and policies.
- Implement and maintain Azure Policy and Azure Blueprints for governance and compliance.
- Monitoring and Logging:
- Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system security and health.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.
- Provide training and support to development teams on secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Azure Expertise:
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Monitor, and ARM templates.
- Proficiency in Azure networking, identity management, and security best practices.
- DevSecOps Practices:
- Strong experience in integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices, including static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST), software composition analysis (SCA), and runtime application self-protection (RASP).
- Automation and Scripting:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Security and Compliance:
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Monitoring and Incident Response:
- Experience with security monitoring and incident response using tools like Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and other SIEM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert , Azure Security Engineer Associate, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or similar are highly desirable.
