> Key Responsibilities:

> - Transaction Settlements: Manage investor disbursements and payouts while ensuring smooth transaction settlements.
> - Documentation : Handle pre- and post-investment documentation, including KYC checks and compliance.
> - Reconciliation & MIS Reporting: Work closely with finance teams to reconcile bank accounts and prepare reports & generate regular operational reports and MIS for leadership review
> - Investor Dashboard Management : Oversee the management of the investor dashboard, ensuring it is updated with accurate data and provides a seamless user experience for investors.
> - Customer Support: Assist with investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
> - Process Optimization : Identify areas for process improvements in investor management and operational workflows to enhance efficiency.

> Qualifications:
>
> - Bachelors with specialization in Finance from a reputed college/university
> - Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/fintech operations, with exposure to investor management and KYC compliance.
> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle investor relations effectively.
> - Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
> - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
