>> Key Responsibilities:

>> Foster Collaboration and Alignment: Promote collaboration and alignment among various functions (marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, digital) and teams (XCEED Core team, Global and country-level teams) involved in the project. Facilitate cross-functional communication and understanding.

>> Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Ensure the effective implementation and execution of Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives, facilitating the organic adoption of agile principles across ceremonies while avoiding the imposition of rigid frameworks or misunderstandings.
>>
>> Maintain Project Visibility:
Ensure transparency and visibility of project progress, interdependencies, and bottlenecks across teams and stakeholders. Facilitate information flow and feedback loops to enable data-driven decision-making.
>>
>> Coordinate with Scrum of Scrums: Collaborate closely with the existing team of freelance Scrum Master, including the Scrum of Scrums, to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across the entire project.
>>
>> Stakeholder Management : Work closely with stakeholders, including the XCEED Core team and other functions, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are kept informed of project progress and ensuring that commitments are well respected.
>>
>> Manage Team Dynamics: Foster a positive team dynamic and maintain high morale, even though the transformation project represents only a part of team members' overall activities.
>>
>> Strategic Alignment:
>>
>> Team owner to collaborate and drive with team for vision and strategy alignment. Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
>>
>> Agile Adoption and Leadership:
>>
>> Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-making.

>> Process Improvement: Continuously improve the Scrum process, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, interdependencies, and other issues that may impact the team's performance.

>> Tool: Assist teams in adopting new tools, techniques, and methodologies required for modular and adaptable content production, personalized customer interactions, and overall digital transformation .
>>
>> People :
>>
>> Ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders regarding project objectives and updating the metrics periodically.
>>
>> Frequent communication with all stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and attendees.
>>
>> Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives.

>> Performance :
>>
>> Effective and efficient management of assigned projects to complete projects on time and, where applicable, on budget.

>> Effective management of multiple projects in parallel.

>> Develops of strong understanding of the ways of working of Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and digital team along with other functional teams and associated deliverables meeting stakeholder expectations.

>> Uses broad knowledge of project management techniques and methods, and discernment to decide the most appropriate techniques and methods for each project.

>> Drives project governance meetings with various stakeholders, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and digital team etc. and execute effective coordination to track and monitor the progress of the projects.

>> Ability to work independently to deliver on the assigned tasks with ownership and delivering as per the requirements.

>> Embracing a mindset of continuous learning to consistently enhance capabilities and solutions.

>> About you

>> - Experience : 5 -8 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master within pharmaceutical or IT management industry , Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
>> - Soft skills : High level of curiosity, Agile mindset and desire to learn and improve continuously, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, Good Analytical and communication skills.
>> - Technical skills : MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), project management tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA or Kanban.
>> - Education :
Graduate/postgraduate
>> - Languages : High proficiency in written and spoken English
>>
