The company focuses on modernizing traditional recipes and delivering high-quality dining experiences to customers.
Role Description
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing and supporting the company's marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for marketing in the wellness industry. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, sales) and external agencies to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
2.Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Oversee daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,Swiggy, Zomato etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Support SEO strategies, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and optimize website content to increase visibility and traffic.
3.Content Development:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, product descriptions,
and social media posts.
- Ensure all marketing content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
4.Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and product innovations based on consumer needs and wellness trends.
5.Event Management and Partnerships:
- Assist in organizing and promoting wellness events, product launches, and trade shows to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, media, and partners to strengthen the brand's reputation.
6.Budget and Performance Tracking:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget,
ensuring all activities are delivered within financial guidelines.
- Monitor expenses and generate reports on marketing spend versus ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Food and Beverage or Restaurants or consumer products industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong ability to create engaging and relevant content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a keen ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
