Position Summary Resset Group a trusted real estate company is seeking a highly motivated Customer and Collections Associate to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with postsales customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: PostSales Support:
Provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the postsales process ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to ownership. Address customer inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g. construction legal property management) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of postsales issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers fostering trust and loyalty. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns. Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive postsales experience. Collections Management: Manage the collections process for outstanding payments ensuring timely and accurate receipt of funds. Follow up with customers to collect overdue payments maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers as needed.. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on collections activities including aging analysis payment trends and customer satisfaction metrics.
Analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Excellent communication skills in Hindi Gujarati and English both verbal and written. Proven experience in a customerfacing role preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
