Job Description: Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should have experience with IT services sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and be highly organized. Responsibility: Conduct regular B2B data hunting from the public domain and build connections on social media platforms to expand the company's network. Generate new leads and prospects through targeted outreach networking and referrals. Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach strategies. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's strategic digital solutions. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop effective lead generation campaigns. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and maintain a sales pipeline tracking progress and updating reports on a regular basis.
Skills: Proven experience in Outbound sales. Proven track record of successful lead generation. Must have good technical knowledge. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices. Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in sales. Proven success in sales revenue targets. Additional Skills:
