Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the US/UK/CANADA/Australia/NZ/EU RPO/BPO/KPO industry you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the client base. Your contribution will be vital in shaping the organizations success and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Identify prospect and acquire new clients through networking referrals and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients aligning with their business objectives.
Lead contract negotiations and finalize deals to meet revenue and profitability goals. Keep abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry changes to capitalize on new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery teams. Provide regular reports on sales pipeline prospects and client interactions to the management team. Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance industry visibility and network with potential clients. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition in the RPO/BPO/KPO industry. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning market analysis and sales forecasting.
Strong understanding of outsourcing and offshoring dynamics in the recruitment or business process domain. Exceptional communication negotiation and networking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
