Job Title : Business Development Manager (KPO) Company Name : Testeem Solutions Experience : 5 Years Location : Onsite Timing : 5 pm to 2 am We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in generating leads and growing business in the outsourcing industry for US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing strategies for lead generation leading marketing team and will have a deep understanding of the US market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay upto date with industry trends. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and regular followups. Develop and implement marketing strategies Efficient in email marketing (content writing and approvals) and harness social media to market the services. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Work closely with internal teams including marketing product and operations to develop customized solutions to meet clients needs. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Provide regular reporting on sales performance and lead generation efforts. Represent the company at industry events webinars and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Collaboration and Teamwork Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Must Have 0305 Years of Experience in Outsourcing Industry(KPO/BPO/RPO/IT)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and leading the marketing department Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Market knowledge about US Business Houses and CPA Firms/ CA firms Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
