Overview: The HR Training and Specialist plays a crucial role in developing implementing and overseeing training and development programs for employees within the organization. They are responsible for identifying training needs designing and delivering training programs and assessing their effectiveness in enhancing employee performance and productivity. Seeking a fulltime HR & Training Specialist to support the following functions for Retail Sales & Operations. Managing all aspects of HR functions related to Sales including Sales coordination and Training Talent acquisition & Employee onboarding Induction Orientation & Training Performance management Employee engagement Compensation and Benefits. Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Preferred candidates have experience in Retail & FMCG companies The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires an onsite presence Education/Experience Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 4 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Modern Trade or Retail industry Strong knowledge of HR concepts practices and regulations Experience in talent acquisition onboarding training and development performance management employee relations and compliance Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment Experience in the Modern Trade or Retail industry is a plus compliance,sales,hr policies,employee performance,training,retail,onboarding,talent acquisition,training and development,employee relations,performance management,microsoft office suite
