We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the market positioning, promotion, and growth of our technology products. In this role, you will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to take our products to market, create impactful brand messaging, and drive adoption and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in tools like Canva, paired with a deep understanding of the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to launch technology products effectively, including market positioning, messaging, and audience targeting.
- Design campaigns that highlight product features, use cases,
and competitive advantages, driving customer acquisition and retention.
Product Positioning & Content Creation:
- Create product-centric marketing content using Canva to visually communicate brand and product value across digital channels.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure marketing materials align with product updates and customer needs.
Campaign & Performance Management:
- Oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement and lead generation, and optimize them for performance and ROI.
- Continuously track and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
SEO/SEM & Paid Advertising:
- Manage paid search, social, and display advertising efforts to boost visibility and adoption of our technology products.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic growth and search rankings for product-related content.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with product, sales,
and development teams to align marketing strategies with product goals.
- Mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a creative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within the technology sector, with a focus on product launches and positioning.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Canva for design and content creation.
- Strong command of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Soft Skills:
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology products and trends.
Certifications: Google Analytics Certification, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are preferred.
