Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a senior member of the technical QA division, you will design, install, and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality.
Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
The role is Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for CGIU products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Solid understanding of cloud technology stack and micro-services architecture preferable. Need to guide a team of junior QE analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master's Degree (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.S.) from reputed universities
an experience of 5 to 10 year of in software testing, software engineering, or related experience
- Good understanding of manual testing, unit testing,
and test case management
Additional Skills
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies
- Experience with coding using scripting languages (e.g. Javascript)
- Experience with web security technology
- Experience with software QA tools and processes
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
