This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and compliance within the automotive industry. As DGM of Finance, you will drive financial performance, optimize resources, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage financial reporting,





ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.Lead financial audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives to uphold the integrity of financial practices.Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to develop cost-effective strategies and improve profitability.Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards.Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.Qualifications:CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle).Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in India.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead a team.
