What we want: A Dedicated and an ExperiencedHR Manager who can manage all aspects of human resources includingrecruitment HR procedures & systems employee relationsperformance management compliance and benefitsadministration.
JobRoles:
1. Compliance and PolicyManagement:
Ensure compliance with labor lawsPF ESIC Insurance etc.
Should be capable offulfilling documentation and compliance work for NABH accreditationstandards and internal policies.
Regularlyupdate HR policies and procedures.
Maintainaccurate and confidential employee records.
Capable of developing systems forms formats and procedures toeffectively implement HR policies and ensure smooth functioning ofHR operations.
2. Recruitment andOnboarding:
Manage the entire recruitmentprocess smoothly collaborating with department heads. Develop andexecute effective onboarding programs.
3.Employee Relations:
Promote a positive andinclusive workplace culture. Resolve employee conflicts. Implementinitiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
4. Performance Management:
Design andmanage performance appraisal systems.
Conductregular performance reviews and provide feedback and developmentplans.
Identify training needs and arrange forappropriate training programs.
Conduct talentmanagement.
5. Payroll and BenefitsAdministration:
Manage payroll process fortimely and accurate salary payments.Manage leave policies &employee; benefits programs.
6. HR Strategy andPlanning:
Lead HR projects. Develop andimplement HR strategies aligned with the hospitals goals andobjectives.

1. HR Expertise.Knowledge of HRfunctions and practices.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or arelated field
Experience:Minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience preferably in thehealthcare industry.

Can resolve & manage day today issues & needs of employees.
Can stayupdated on industry trends for best HR practice.
Can stay tuned with other hospitals HR team for futurecollaboration
Can manage inside or outsidemeetings sessions or events timely.
Can tieupswith educational faculties for hiring of interns and otheractivities
Can do recruitment employeeengagement and maintaining employee relations and can maintain theenvironment happy and Motivated
