Job Description : -
- Possesses strong sales skills set & business acumen.
- Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned territory or region on the product and services.
- Establishing distribution networks and to achieving desirable goals by managing a team of professionals.
- Continuously keep abreast of industry and market trends, whilst maintaining buliding strong knowledge in our products and services.
- Nuture and maintain the relationship with clients and successful onboarding of new relationship that have recently signed up.
- Undertake relevant intiatives responding to market intelligence and leveraging on technology.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibition, events and demonstrations.
- Attend team meeting and share best practices with colleagues.
- Positive and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent self- starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment & able to work with a team.
- Must be a strategic thinker and have strong business perspective.
- Should have analytical, conceptual, negotiating , problem solving and decision making skills.
- Resourceful attribute/vision.
