Fault Management Engineer plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Work with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solve technical problems.
Health checkup activity of BTS/BSC/RNC, analysis & actions.
Checking alarms and correcting them.
Real time alarm analysis and outage handling and providing end to end support for rectification.
Actions related to KPI deviations.
Troubleshooting of BTS/BSC/RNC faults on hardware, transmission and infra level.
Coordination with CARE & FOPS team during emergency handling.
Post check /verification after critical/ emergency planned activities carried out.
MSER preparation for Major outages.
Preventive actions to reduce the outages.
Detail knowledge of BTS/BSC/RNC units and their functioning.
Knowledge of critical logs reading for analysis.
BTS commissioning and troubleshooting.
Having good technical knowledge of BTS/BSC/RNC structure.
Competent to handle 2G/3G faults and troubleshooting
Expertise in troubleshooting on multivendor (Ericsson & Huawei).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good analytical & Communication skills
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication.
Years of Experience Required : 2 – 6 year Relevant experience in experience on field or OMCR.
