Over all purpose of the job
To be a representative of Greenpeace and its campaigns and objectives to the supporters/ prospects over the phone.
To enroll financial supporters for Greenpeace over telephonic conversation.
To achieve agreed upon supporter enrolment every month and relevant details.
Ensure we maintain the quality of communication. Adhere to the principles of Greenpeace in all our communications to the supporters and GP volunteers or whoever we talk to over the phone.
Completing assigned calls within stipulated time.
Ensure the accuracy of information captured over phone.
To have a daily planned meeting with the TL in liaison with manager.
To keep a proper organised database of the supporters feedback and further course of action.
Responsible for accuracy of new enrolments.
Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Database.
To ensure that the supporter fully understands the content and intent of the assigned call.
To ensure that the contents of the Tele- calling script are clearly communicated and understood by the supporter.
Ensure that the diverse views and perceptions of the public at large are held with respect
Be an ambassador for fund raising and outreach for Greenpeace
Communicate information to the public at large in order to the make public aware, about the environment, the essence of Greenpeace and its campaigns,
