We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter with knowledge of US IT Industry and Education System, to support our client needs. - Participate in end to end recruitment lifecycle on a daily basis.
- Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking and phone calls.
- Make 30 to 40 successful calls per day to potential trainees.
- Advertise company s training programs and jobs to recruit potential candidates.
- Complete the on boarding process of potential candidates.
- Create and maintain databases for candidates along with resume database.
- Good candidate sourcing & screening skills. Experience in building Boolean search strings. Ability to match candidate skills & experience to the hiring criteria.
- Must be consistent in preparing & submitting daily/weekly reports to senior(s).
- Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by the company.
- Prepare training material for recruitment related topics and present to the team members.
Candidates must have a good knowledge and passion for IT recruitment.
Prior similar experience in US or India is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter, team player and quick learner.
Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
Candidates can work independently without close supervisor.
Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM IST., 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
