Essential:



• Primary Skills (not more than 2): Pega PRPC 7 and above, Pega AES, Pega ADM and



VBD, Tomcat.



• Any Pega certification would be an added advantage.



Alternate Skills (if applicable): Cassandra, AWS



• 5+ years of experience with Pega Systems PRPC [Pega Rules Process Commander],



Autonomic Event Services (AES- CEP), Visual Business Director (VBD) and Adaptive



Decision Manager (ADM)



• 3+ years of experience in Production Support on Pega Application



• Extensive experience on Tomcat, Unix, PL/SQL



• Extensive experience on all ITIL processes



• Good communication skills.









• Good organizational skills.



• Good Stakeholder management.



• Knowledge of Ticket tools e.g. Remedy.



Desired:



• ITIL Service management



• Tibco certification is a plus



• Other Skills: Production Support, ITIL, Remedy tool
