Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop Sales promotion plans for delivering sales volumes
- Analyze sales outlet performance at regular intervals to initiate corrective action.
- Develop a month-wise forecast for territory sales.
- Ensure periodic meetings at customer outlets to calibrate customer expectations, and understand competitor plans in order to proactively counter competitive action.
- Build positive and impacting relationships with all distributors within the framework of company policies.
- Execute policies on market returns and arrange for appropriate disposal of damaged and expired stocks.
- Ensure morale and motivation levels of the front-line sales force.
Focus on developing and upgrading of the sales force.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/Graduate
Experience :
- 3+ years of Sales and distribution in FMCG, preferably Foods.
- Experience in new launches and building new brands.
- Experience in enhancing distribution network.
