Designation: Jr. ROR Developer (1 Yr Exp)



Sr. ROR Developer (3+ Yrs Exp)



Job Description:



We are looking for a ROR developer to build software using Ruby On Rails framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support Or need to work on existing system.



Job Skills:



- Writing code that is testable, maintainable, and well-organized



- Taking ownership of new features and bug fixes and leading them through the development lifecycle from beginning to end



- Reviewing exception reports and performance metrics to identify bugs and bottlenecks, and propose and implement solutions to make our products better.



What we're looking for









- 1 year of professional experience for Jr. ROR developer (Salary range up to 30- 40 K / Month)



- 3+ years of professional experience for Sr. ROR developer (Salary range up to 80-90 K / Month)



- Experience with Ruby on Rails as a full-stack engineer



- Experience with Redis and sidekiq



- Experience with JavaScript, specifically Stimulus & Hotwire



- Experience deploying and managing production applications hosted with Heroku and AWS



- Ability to work in a remote team environment so someone who is self motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.



Nice to have



- experience with React and React Native



- have built products with Twilio and have experience with Twilio APIs - experience with TailwindCSS



- Manage infrastructure using Terraform or similar.
