Job Purpose



To drive ATM channel P&L; PAN India

Ensure ATM profitability by selecting strategic locations for placements

Review existing portfolio of ATMs and suggest relocation strategy for non-performing ATMs

Implementation of new revenue opportunities and lead generation capabilities for ATMs

Ensure all projects with respect to ATMs are completed with the defined timelines







Ensure all ATM are compliant with all the local as well as regional guidelines

Lead the on-going switch migration project and ensure seamless migration of ATMs without any customer impact



The position ensures: Complete and overarching view and ownership of the PAN India ATM channels and debit card projects



Key Accountabilities on



Accomplish all responsibilities in relation to:



Ensuring all ATM requirements are budgeted for and expenses are well within the defined budget

Implement fresh avenues for capturing leads through ATM channel and increase the productivity of the channel

Implement fresh revenue streams for ATMs to increase the overall profitability

Review competition best practices and implement the same to reduce ATM overheads

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highest uptime for ATM as per regional standards

Adherence with Ops, control groups, technology

Ensure all ATMs are maintained as per the organization standards and record deviations







Act as Business Liaison with external stakeholders including RBI, IBA, UIDAI, NPCI



Job Duties & responsibilities



Engage and build cross sell opportunities of existing products through PAN India ATM channels.

Design customer journey while implementing new functionalities to increase ATM productivity

Developing and updating procedures, policies, controls, and monitoring plans for ATM business

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for ATMs and Debit Cards

Business SPOC for Internal & External Audits and ensuring minimum satisfactory ratings

Campaign management: Ideate, create and run campaigns for driving ATM and Debit Card usage







Define business requirement and work with technology teams to launch offerings via liaison with Internal & External partners

Manage the P&L; responsibility (including increasing revenue through transactions, exit strategy, reducing costs, increasing Offus fees etc.)

Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities

Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition, retention and cross sale activities

Monitor industry, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risks are identified and appropriate plans are implemented



Required Experience



15 Years experience in managing 1000 ATMs and Debit Card business







Experience in designing Customer Journeys for alternate channels

Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point



Education / Preferred Qualifications



MBA from a reputed institute preferred

Minimum requirement: Graduate degree

Will be working across verticals LCS, GSMC, T&O; and Customer service.

Will be reporting into the ATM Product Head
