Job Description



Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

Certified in one or more Agile certifications viz. CSM, SAFe, AgilePM etc.



About the role:



There are various Business and Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for delivering required outcomes. This roles pivotal responsibility would be Agile Specialist lead cross functional programs and teams, often implementing the Agile methodology for the first time, meaning that in addition to coaching they are driving organizational change, business transformation educating the organization at all levels. The goal of an Agile Specialist is to improve teams and the organization,





and overall agile project management & agile coaching related activities by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances. Taking up complete end-to-end ownership of Agile Quality Management, right from understanding Business pain-points to showcasing the continuous improvement.



Skills Required:



Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence

Agile-DevOps related to tools knowledge (for e.g. Jenkins)

Microsoft Teams, Project, Visio, and all Office Tools



Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills including positive, open, engaging, mentoring, coaching, influencing, collaborating, and team building

Strong agile skills, working with scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks

Basics of ITIL v3

Quality Concepts & Tools



Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience:









6 9 years of Agile experience with excellent communication and coordination skills Must have performed Agile Coach role in the past

Implement Agile process, principles, and practices across all levels of the program using techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Experience in setting up Agile CoE

Develop and design a strategy for the continued adoption of Agile

Act as Scrum Master on need basis

Helps identify organizational impediments to successful Agile transformation and works with the leadership team to create effective remediation strategies

Champion cultural change and collaborate with other Coaches on plans and techniques for accelerating and advancing the organization's transformation.







Establish and support communities of practice to promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help individuals develop into them.

Create and conduct training courses for Scrum Masters and teams related to agile best practices, understanding, and improving team dynamics and team performance.

Prepare Metrics for Agile Projects and publish it to stakeholders

Knowledge of QMS and Process Management

Good Experience to Internal and External audits and assessments

Basic understanding of CMMi & ISO 9001 standards

Experience in preparing quality related documents / Templates

Good in Organization Senior management interaction skills

Experience in managing escalations and ensures nothing goes to the next level
