Amazon is shaping the future of digital video entertainment in India. We seek an Advertising Revenue Solutions leader who can help us scale miniTV - a new mobile first video, free ad-supported (AVOD) streaming service for Amazon in India. Over the next few months, we plan to launch a large number of exclusive shows and new content.
Over the past decade Amazon has developed a number of market-leading, innovative and fast-growing digital and mobile businesses, including: Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Music, Echo, Alexa and Kindle.

We are poised at the edge of a new world of video advertising, and need a hard-working, organized specialist to help us demonstrate the value of advertising on Amazon miniTV to clients. A successful candidate will possess the ability to identify opportunities to work with brand partners / advertisers, partner with content and sales team to grow overall ads revenues, and also partner with Ads marketing on research studies / awards.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Content teams to develop video-first custom creative & marketing ideas for our slate of shows
Interact with brands to identify their requirements / brand ethos and work on building opportunities to effectively get their brand message out in an effective manner and maximise ads revenues.
Work with internal teams (Content, Ads Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal)
Collaborate with Strategic Marketing on case studies and research.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
8 years of professional (non-internship) marketing experience preferably across TV / OTT / digital services
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
8 years of experience in integrated/ad sales marketing, creative/brand strategy or relevant field
Experience in doing similar role across TV or OTT player would be preferable
Independent decision maker and proven work solving complex problems
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
Written and oral communication / presentation skills
Passion for a team environment and ability to collaborate
