Job Brief/ Purpose
Will be responsible to facilitate,
implement and manage all the consumer research projects/ initiatives to achieve business deliverables across all the segments for DBS Bank. We, at DBS bank keep customers at the core of everything we do and hence are looking motivated and enthusiastic consumer behavior expert who can champion VOC and continue to drive the customer centricity across products/services- new and existing.
We are looking for a passionate market research/ insights professional to join our team in Mumbai focusing on the following tasks:
Managing/ Conducting/ Facilitating Qualitative research projects The candidate should be able to design and suggest the appropriate methodology, work out coverage/scope and sample size given the business requirements
Should be able to suggest/ work out alternate ways to carry out the research given the business constraints
Should be able to moderate and conduct qualitative sessions by himself/ herself if need be
Possess a keen interest in data analysis and drawing out insights
To be able to consolidate the insights in a report and disseminate the findings to the internal stakeholders
Should have adequate knowledge and understanding of Quantitative research projects Understanding of various quantitative research methodologies/ approaches
Should have a keen interest/ prior experience in launching online surveys or conducting telephonic surveys
Should be able to analyze the complex data sets and come up with meaningful insights
Should be able to create quantitative reports with data charts using Poweerpoint
Recruit and guide best-in-class partners (research agencies, freelancers, consultants) to support large scale projects wherever required
Facilitate and manage stakeholder discussions to understand the business asks and lead projects.
Work in close coordination with the regional research teams and regional product teams on measurements and other research related requirements
Be the method expert- bring on board new practices and techniques on digital and new age researches
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in research, knowledge of insights process/ tools and proficiency in handling all types of researches- Qual Quant: Segmentation, U&As;, Ethnographies, Tracks, CSS/ NPS
Experience of working across research agencies and client side a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communication with senior stakeholders
Self motivated/ self starter with the ability to work independently if needs be
Excellent analytical, planning, multi-tasking, critical thinking and problem solving skills to achieve business objectives
Solid presentation skills
