Maintaining various types of files, Invoicing and creating various kind of reports from our Inventory Software will be your primary job.
Responsibilities and Duties
- To prepare Sale Invoice for Customer as per their orders over email
- To To prepare various reports as required by the Management time to time
- To facilitate in the working of Back office
- To be able to work and coordinate within office with other employees
Qualifications and Skills
- Proper Knowledge of Computer, as all your work will be on Computer
- Proper Communication skill required to coordinate and complete work
- Must have at least 1-2 years of work experience
- Must have worked in something similar
- Must have good Written English
- Leave Encashment ( Year End )
