Job Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai
The BDM supports sales productivity and deal closure by securing the “techno-functional sales” in Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. The BDM collaborates with sales, operations and resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key decision-makers.
Meet potential customers in the assigned geography to scope the requirements surrounding Microsoft Dynamics ERP (AX/D365).
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs,
and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within clients.
Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft channel team, partner technology specialists, and partner sales executives.
Keep up with Microsoft product announcements and sales incentives and programs. Communicate important product changes within team.
Accountabilities & Performance Measures:
Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Minimum of 6+ years of techno functional sales (business-to-business) with a focus on middle market/strategic customer segment.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience with primary focus on assessing Microsoft opportunities.
A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role.
Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking.
Travel is required
