About the Role:
The Information and Cyber Security (ICS) organization has an opening for an Information Security Analyst 2 position on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) provisioning team.
Provides Identity/Access management within Application/Active directory/Mainframe environment. Provisions and de-provisions access as per requests submitted through various request tools.
Monitor request queues in Enterprise IAM solutions/tools
Review & update SOPs / run-books to keep process knowledge current and relevant
Generate Productivity Reports & metrics
Being flexible and responsible to cater to business needs/Participate in BCP/UAT/ad-hoc/Business critical/training/mentoring tasks
Act on BAU issues/escalations in a timely manner and contribute to /troubleshooting effort. Contribute to root cause analysis to come up with solutions/mitigating controls.
Ensure all deliverables/project milestones are completed within the timelines.
Maintains familiarity with internal departmental and bank procedures and policies.
Identifies ways to streamline and automate access management processes to ensure consistency, reduce errors, reduce cycle time, and minimize audit/gap issues.
Performs periodic review of existing documentation to ensure current understanding of processes and procedures making updates/changes as necessary.
Assists with Merger Integration and other project efforts.
Bachelor Degree or higher with at least 1 year of information security/system administration experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to audiences with varying degrees of Information Security knowledge.
Possess hands-on user provisioning experience on any security platform like Active Directory, TopSecret, etc.
Strong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals
Develops and maintains familiarity with bank procedures and policies
Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process
Flexible to work in shifts & be available for business meetings/team deliverables outside of ones shift
Collaborates with extended team for joint deliverables
Market Skills and Certifications
Good understanding on SLA, KPI and CSFs
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive timelines
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and other technology standards/frameworks
May provide support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions. May assist in audit compliance projects
Ability to identify and contribute towards mitigating risk.
Coaching skills to help the team explore ideas and make them successful.
