Job Description :



Roles and Responsibilities :



- Leads the effort and executes a yearly sales plan which would include both hunting and farming aspects in selling new generation products to telecom players in assigned territory.



- Build and own relationships with the assigned operators and ensure a good brand experience.



- Build and lead new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand sales strategies with the partners by utilizing the understanding of customer business issues,





objectives and growth strategies.



- Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Management Team



- To manage the Market Excellence/intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.



- To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.



- Generates and achieves monthly/quarterly forecasts and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis.



- Expected to work closely with internal teams to meet customers' requirements



Desired Candidate Profile :



- Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science/ communication technology or related field.



- Minimum 3-5yrs years of Outbound Telesales . Experience within the telecom industry in VAS space.



- In-depth understanding of Telco products/ infrastructure/technology



- Demonstrated intense customer focus and leadership skills



- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.



- Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.



- Have a successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Sales role



- Have Sales track record which is achieved within the Telecom VAS/Network infra sector



- Have in depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery



- Have strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skills



- Have a minimum 3-5yrs years of relevant Outbound Telesales experience in international markets



- Command of English on highest Level.



- QUARTERLY INCENTIVES ON TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
