Ridecell () is powering next generation of ridesharing, carsharing and autonomous shared mobility services. As the world shifts to a mobility on- demand model and new companies rush to enter as service providers, Ridecell is ready to support these initiatives. Already 20 customers, including Penske, Renault, RideKleen, Blu Smart and AAA use our proven platform to build their shared mobility businesses.



We are looking for an experienced General Manager and Head of Growth to join our rapidly growing organization.





We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for over-achieving revenue goals and helping to build high growth companies! Our candidate should be a self-starter comfortable with building a regional Indian business operation for a US based software company.





Responsibilities



Over-achieve designated sales targets

Respond and qualify in-bound sales leads

Create new sales opportunities

Work effectively with teammates and Customer Success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Recruit, Hire and Manage personnel in Europe for Sales, Pre-sales Technical Support and Customer Success Engineering

Travel to customer and prospect locations to move opportunities through the sales funnel

Provide relevant reporting and forecasts for opportunities



Requirements 10 years of successful sales and/or general management experience selling complex software and or services to enterprises in the following technology areas:

Mobility-as-a-service

Transportation

Mapping

Fleet management

Connected car services

Location



Must reside in Pune, India

Excellent communication skills that project confidence, professionalism and competence

Familiarity with SaaS business models

Ability to interact and work with C-level executives as well as Project Managers and technical personnel

Strong verbal and written communication, willingness to contribute to knowledge base articles

Experience communicating complex customer issues to development teams

A strong sense of urgency

Ability to evaluate, qualify, and follow-up on opportunities

Awesome sense of humor

Willingness to travel up to 30 PERCENT of the work week



Preferred Basic knowledge of various mobile platforms (e.g. iOS, Android)

5 years of experience selling to Automotive OEMs

Understanding of the mobility landscape
