We Offer

The Network and Account Management (NAM) IT team provides and supports the design, implementation and testing of applications and functionality to our NAM business users, utilising an Agile delivery methodology.

NAM enables access to markets for Credit Suisse entities by leading a global network of custody and cash correspondent 3rd Party Payment, Clearing and Settlement (PCS) account providers that meets the product and service needs of the business; ensure appropriate risk management of the network to protect firm and client assets; and handle the costs involved.

Our team is responsible for the PCS provider contractual relationship control and risk management application, and the intranet-based account repository and workflow application for Account Lifecycle Management of nostro, depot and associated streetside 3rd party collateral and transaction accounts.

The team is small and flexible and is employing modern technology for the delivery of core and aspirational business products and services to a user base of 1000 staff members, such as:

Spring Boot Java platform

Google Apigee API interfaces

Data Lakes

Automated DevOps deployment tools and more

The IT team is managed from Zurich, with business and IT project team members in London, Singapore and the core development team in Pune.

Team members interact daily with other team and non-team staff members on projects and production support in regions spread across the world.

The teams current key deliverables are to build a new PCS account provider relationship and risk management platform to an audit-related standard of functionality, in addition to an additional programme Maintain the Bank set of deliverables.

The NAM team also contribute to non-NAM programmes for different sponsors, in lead and supplier roles.

Elicit, assemble and provide high quality business requirements and specifications covering PCS provider and account-related operations together with members and line users from the business side.

Lead the development and documentation of use case scenarios and review of test cases, for example:

Eliciting business requirements from the sponsor organisation and other business associates e.g. via workshop

Building Solution Concepts to encapsulate business requirement and proposed solution(s)

Creating entity and logical data models

Creating data specifications

Creating GUI mock-ups/prototypes

Reviewing supplier functional/specifications

Business inputs/outputs

Business process flows/workflows

Control models

Contribute to and/or lead the Agile methodology Book of Work change management process through all stages of each change requests lifecycle in conjunction with other responsible team leads e.g. other BAs, developers, test engineering, both in NAM IT and 3rd party development partners globally.

Assist the programme and project management team with governance tasks for, NAM and non-NAM programmes, e.g. resource management, financial control, audit-related activities, RAID (Risk/Assumption/Issue/Dependency) management.

Lead/handle regular Demand/Delivery meetings and agile software delivery demonstrations with business sponsor, change requester and IT implementation teams.

Work closely with the technical teams to ensure that detailed designs meet business requirement specs, along with IT key strategic and architectural direction.

Support project governance through providing timely feedback on issues, risks, and reporting/status of all tasks assigned to the project team, other relevant IT teams, as well as and business associates.

Understand and detail any legal issues associated with requirements and obtain necessary approval from General Council.

Lead/Coach other junior BAs as and when required.

You Offer

6 years of Business Analysis experience and large and small scale projects, along with 3 years of leading a team of BAs and reviewing junior BA work. Further to possessing 2 years in project teams using the Agile Scrum user story-based delivery methodology.

Proficiency of the Operations business and technology environment, preferably with specific knowledge of streetside PCS provider relationships and nostro & depot account lifecycle management business processing flows.

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, data modelling and documentation management, exhibiting the ability to distil business requirements to succinct functional specifications with no supervision required.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across different business associate groups and levels of seniority (business users, COO, GC, IT, Settlements, Financial Control).

Demonstrable skills in leading business change requests and requirements from the inception stage through to implementation and post-implementation operational processes.

Outstanding collaborator with excellent organizational skills, ability to judge priorities and multi-task across multiple work items - collaboratively and independently - across many tasks and projects.

Show a strong governance and ethical mind-set, both for the benefit of the firm overall and for control of the local business and programme/project.

Have the confidence to disagree with and challenge business partners and provide constructive criticism to junior BAs.

Exhibit a flexible attitude, willingness to take on varying responsibilities from a broad set of BA and other disciplines where required.

You are ambitious, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
