The Role Responsibilities



Strategy



The purpose of this role is to:

Achieve revenue objectives through sale of range of Securities Finance products, as per Customer’s requirement.

Deepen customer relationship through cross sell of products and provide quality service.

Business

Business Drivers

Achieve New Sales Revenue targets, through need based selling

Acquire new HVS customer relationship and through securities finance products.

Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products

Processes



Customer Experience:

Responsive and responsible selling

Ensure error free customer application & documentation

Ensure smooth on-boarding of customer and issuance of the product.

Provide prompt service and endeavour toward nil Customer complaints

Risk Assurance

Attend applicable Sales Training & refreshers

Remain compliant and adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements

Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently

Zero tolerance – Fraud, MIS-selling



Our Ideal Candidate

Post Graduate with minimum 2 year’s relevant working experience / Graduate with 5 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of and experience in securities finance products [Loan Against Shares, Margin Finance, IPO Funding – Capital Markets]

Strong communication, interpersonal skill and drive with ability to influence outcomes
