What youll be doing...
Lead Management module from Salesforce Platform is a CRM portal offering special features for Consumer, Small & Medium business customers. It provides reps with capabilities to create Leads for different types but not limited to Abandoned Cart, Store Visit, POS etc. It integrates with Heorku for customer notifications via SMS. Additional features like Assigning & Merging leads are also available for effective Lead management. Testing of these stories around Sales & Marketing cloud enhances several features in salesforce Verizon instance.
Developing software tests & Test independently in testing scope including: unit, functional, exploratory, regression,
performance and security testing that include automated elements and any other relevant tests to the projects quality assurance.
Writing and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on specifications and requirements for technically complex software projects.
Executing, Identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Create, review and update software defects in defect tracking database.
Developing re-usable test frame works and/or extend existing framework. Assist other Automation Engineers with technical issues they encounter. Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts
Participating in the technical implementation of automation roadmap.
Implementing Smart regression and the systems service Virtualization effectively with latest tools sets such as Selenium framework Robot, Cucumber, TestNG, Integration of test planning through the tool sets, java scripts
Hands-on automation testing and proven record for implementing in real time execution
Collaborating with the Continuous Deliver (CD) team to ensure the Automation Framework integrates seamlessly with the CD pipeline.
Working independently under minimum supervision. Strong sense of responsibilities and quality focus, fast learner and excellent interpersonal skills is required.
Multitasking with High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills , triage issues, react well to changes in a fast paced environment
What were looking for...
You are excited to go through the customer journey being the first customer to test the quality of the product/service. You would be able to see the quality & Customer experience issues on the application under test. You will be Working closely with Product Management, creating test cases and automate execution processes.
You will need to have:
Bachelors degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more years of relevant Automation work experience.
Automation test with Selenium 2.0, Page Objects, Java language coding.
Experience with software defect tracking systems such as JIRA, Agile Studio, Quality Center or similar. Reporting, troubleshooting and retesting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in proactively communicating with others both within and outside of the immediate team to resolve issues and get questions answered is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
Even better if you have:
Four or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant Automation work experience.
SQL Databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, MariaDB or other. Be able to create, update and maintain queries for test setup or troubleshooting analysis.
Experience with agile software development cycle with Kanban or Scrum.
Experience in testing web based applications.
Unit testing, using frameworks like JUnit, TestNG or relevant.
