Role: GM - Brand Engagement
Minimum Experience: 15-18 years
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee Brand engagement responsibilities related to client relations, account PnL, staffing, budgets and overall operations for a cluster of Brands / Categories.
General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thought leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring overall health for your accounts.
Ultimately, you’ll help our company achieve that 10x moonshot goal!
Key Responsibility Areas:
Define annual/quarterly/monthly strategy and execution plan for the brands/categories
Oversee day-to-day engagement and operations which will include ensuring stock availability, movements in margins and sales velocities
Take a solutioning approach to problems, helping your clients, teams unlock the next growth opportunity
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Define the communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders, that will ensure that Elasticrun value is consistently established
Be the single point of contact and resolution for day-to-day operational opportunities and challenges
6 years of experience as a National Key Account Manager or similar leadership role. FMCG experience is a big plus.
Ability to break down complex problems into executable processes and functions
Strong analytical ability
Proven ability to develop teams and people
