(U.S India Enabling Areas (EA)) at the U.S. India offices are the support arm of the organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Field Operations, etc. EA gives every client-service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services. More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. Enterprise Applications Group is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

Work Experience 3 - 5 years The key job responsibilities include the following:
You will be responsible for testing, evaluating defects, writing test cases, automating and working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure high quality of web and Salesforce development work is deliveredBuild black and white box test automation that is effective, fast, robust, and maintainableYou will define test approaches and strategies, design, create and document test scripts as well as execute all types of testing - functional, performance and integration testingShould have hands-on automation experienceDevelop testing and QA procedures for high volume email, mobile and social customer lifecycle and marketing campaignsDefine/create and maintain test plans and strategies for existing and new engagementsWork with Business Solutions Analyst and others to help drive a test strategy based Scrum/Agile methodologies and implement best practicesHelp transform testing from manual to automated methodsDefect tracking, resolution and documentation via a QA tracking systemDesign and creation of test scenarios (i.e., test cases, conditions) for inclusion in test plansDevelopment and execution of software program functional, regression, SIT testsPreparation of defect reports as needed for internal teamsInteraction / communication/ follow through with development & business team throughout testing phase to facilitate iterative cycleEvaluate priorities and use testing strategies effectively and efficientlyThe key skills required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications3+ years of proven hands-on experience with manual and automation testing of web development, APIs, and scripting languages2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales clouds, Marketing Clouds, Mobile, Force.com)Automation experience using Selenium for SalesforceSalesforce Certified - Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plusAbility to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automationAble to lead multiple QA projects at a given timeUnderstanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plusGreat attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects in complex software featuresWorked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrationsExperience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processesExperience working in Agile/Scrum projectsExperience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycleExperience in successfully implementing quality guidelines, standards and proceduresCreative - able to think outside the box uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills.
