Design & Develop store specific floor plans for Existing store redesigns and merchandising resets . Responsible for maximizing space productivity and to enhance physical store experience . Works closely with Visual space planning & Concept design teams .
II. Roles & Responsibilities:
. Create Design development details for Sales & Non sales floor projects by leveraging space standards & localization inputs . Project types include Existing store redesign & resets, Merchandising projects requiring racking updates, Special projects, Prototypical Remodels & operation projects.
. Document design guidelines & CAD standards as required for project execution .
Support SME's and develop as go to person for all store planning fixture clarification.
. In partnership with assigned HQ Mentor/Planner coordinate with cross functional teams like concept design, visual floor planning and other Store Environment associates during the design development and implementation of the project.
. Responsible for developing and maintaining global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context.
. Propose design suggestions and process enhancements as needed.
. Responsible for Project Training & Mentoring New Hires.
. Lead Project Management practices to help the team deliver projects within expected timelines & quality with general direction
. Acquire, document and train on business context and execution guidelines.
. Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals

. 5+ Years Retail design experience
IV. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications:
. B.Arch, Diploma - Architecture , BSC- Interiors , B.E- Civil
V. Skill Set Required
Primary Skills (must have)
. Retail design experience preferred (local or Global)
. High proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation and Microsoft Office
. Good Design thinking and problem solving skills
. Good communication skills - ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
. Good understanding of Project Management practices
