This position will be responsible for smooth, on time and accurate payroll & Full and Final processing for all associates. The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the benefits delivery including partnering with vendors.
Ensure payroll is processed on time and accurately as per the SLA and partner with vendor and finance team to ensure a smooth and accurate process is followed Validate payroll data received from vendor - data consistency check, corrections and conduct regular audits Ensure legislative & all compliance norms (min wages, PF, etc.) are adhered to. Coordinate with Compliance vendor for Challan submission, return filling and inspections with ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.
Manage the payroll mailbox & payroll related tickets escalated from the ACC team and ensure all queries are closed in a timely manner. Work with the benefits lead to coordinate the transfer of data to external vendors for services, support in operations of benefits programs and maintain relevant documents, reports, etc. Work with the team members for any additional requirements on the reporting and support in audit requirements (Internal and External). Relevant experience of 3-7 years in Payroll/HR systems and/or statutory payments and procedure relating to payroll with good working knowledge of excel and oral and written communication.
