Job Description

As a Team Lead for Private Brands, you will be primarily responsible for leading a team of Production Artist, communicating company goals, motivating associates and assessing performance. The team lead will provide support to the leadership team in Bangalore and US by hiring the right talent and keeping the leadership team updated on teams performance. This role will also be responsible for successful development and execution of all Packaging Projects. They will lead and plan creative execution, influence creative decision and collaborate with team/s both US and Bangalore on various projects. Must possess high levels of technical skills,

communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of design principles in order to effectively produce results-oriented creative solutions while strictly adhering to timelines and brand guidelines.

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

. Serves as a subject matter expert to support initiatives in growth of the online business, inclusive of process improvement and automation efforts

. Training and process document for the team.

. Responsible for work allocation and report accuracy percentage. Work towards achieving individual goals

. Responsible for synchronizing and coordinating with internal and external business team to fully onboard and maintain products at Lowe's.

. Responsible for thought leadership regarding minimum viable product attribution to optimize product information that enables consumer confidence in making a buying decision.

. Responsible for leading the execution of complex design and production projects in accordance with Lowe's p Interpret design briefs and suggest creative approaches to the Production Artist & Production Designers in the team.

. Proactively identify and implement process improvements wherever possible through the phase of Packaging. Foster collaboration and lead creative brainstorming sessions in the team and helps Associates as and when required with Layouts.

. Serves as creative lead for projects, organizes and plans details for multiple complex projects in order to meet project deadlines.

. Able to balance multiple diverse projects with many creative influences.

. Lives in the gray, finds solutions to problems through questions and is strategic with projects of various levels.

. Stays current with latest industry, style and graphic trends, including system technology

. Researches designs, campaigns and trends from other companies and stays on top of the craft.

. Takes the knowledge of industry-standard software and keeps the team relevant and updated.

. Builds and maintains partnerships with creative and production teams in the US, Canada and Asia.

. Keeps the team inspired and be involved in the performance management and coaching of associates for their career growth.

III. Years of Experience

. 7-10 yrs of experience in Item setup, managing vendor/supplier relationship

Required Minimum Qualifications:

. 4-year college degree and/or equivalent

V. Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Global & Local stakeholders

. Understanding of Retail industry

. Full proficiency with MAC and Adobe Suite design tools, MS office

. Self-starter and interacts well in a fast-paced environment. Desire and ability to learn quickly

. Amazingly organized with great time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

. Willingly shares expertise and experience with others where appropriate to enhance others skill development.

. Encourages high standards of performance and inspires others to achieve challenging goals
