Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assessing client needs: assess the client's health goals, medical history, dietary restrictions, lifestyle factors, and personal preferences (this information helps in creating a tailored diet plan that meets the individual's specific requirements)
2. Developing customized diet plans: based on the client's needs create a comprehensive diet plan that includes meal recommendations, portion sizes, and nutrient guidelines (the plan should be balanced, providing the necessary nutrients while taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies)
3. Providing nutritional guidance: educate clients about the importance of balanced nutrition, portion control,
and healthy eating habits (offer guidance on food choices, preparation methods, and tips for maintaining a healthy diet)
