Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. - Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft ASP.NET and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with C#, SQL Server, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software applications.
- Solid grasp of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and XML. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - Permanent Night shiftMinimum 15 years full time education
